The video needs to be homemade and it needs to really be YOU singing the song. No lip synching please. Our professional music industry judges will provide you with a few pithy remarks and some helpful suggestions. Contest participants will be reviewed by the Team Trapp Trio. All levels of musical accomplishment are welcome to participate! HOW TO ENTER: Beginning May 01, Artists will be able to enter up to 2 separate and distinct video performances of a Chris Trapper original song to the COVER ME contest. Cheers, Team Trapp The Fine Print: All artists that enter the contest are judged by our panel members using a music review form they are required to complete. Following the model that expert reviewers use everyday in the industry, judges will be required to watch the entire video submission before submitting a critique and will grade the performance on a predetermined set of attributes. Each review will display a score once it has been submitted based on the marks given for each attribute. The top 10 scoring artists will be reviewed again by our expert Judges Panel and the Grand Prize winner will be selected.
